FAQ:
When do I need to order tickets?
Season tickets for the 2013-14 men’s basketball season are still available and fans must order by this Friday, July 19 to receive a Select-A-Seat appointment to choose seat locations. Fans can order online by clicking here. If available, season ticket ordered after July 19 will be assigned seat locations in late August.

Do I need to be a member of the Williams Education Fund (WEF) to order tickets?
All season ticket holders must be active members of the 2013 Williams Education Fund Drive, which can be done by making a minimum pledge of $100. Fans who have already pledged to the 2013 Fund Drive do not need to pledge with their basketball ticket order. All 2013 Pledge payments are due in-full by March 3, 2014.

I have never had season tickets in Allen Fieldhouse. Can I buy this year?
Tickets are available for new season ticket holders. Since 2004-05 all new season ticket orders have been fulfilled. All ticket holders must be active member of the 2013 Williams Education Fund Drive. A minimum pledge of $100 by July 19, 2013 is required to become an active member. Actual seat location will be determined through Select-A-Seat. If tickets are not available in the Tier you ordered, you can select seats in a different tier. You will only owe the amount of the final seat location. Tickets are non-refundable and all seating is subject to availability.

What seating is available?
Seating in Allen Fieldhouse is determined by the priority point system. Members of the WEF are ranked in order of their priority point total and are assigned a “Select-A-Seat” appointment to choose season ticket locations out of available seat inventory. A maximum of six tickets may be allocated at Select-A-Seat. If seats are still available, additional orders will be allocated at the conclusion of Select-A-Seat. All seating is subject to availability.

How much are season tickets?
Tier 1 season tickets are $1600. Tier 2 season tickets are $1225 and Tier 3 season tickets are $925. Click Here for a seating chart of Allen Fieldhouse.

What if seats are not available in the Tier that I ordered?
Actual Tier location will be determined through Select-A-Seat. If tickets are not available in the Tier you ordered, you can select seats in a different tier. You will only owe the amount of the final seat location. Tickets are non-refundable and all seating is subject to availability.

Can I keep my same seats?
New for the 2013 Fund Drive, WEF members at the All-American level ($10,000) and above can keep their previous basketball seat location. The option to receive a Select-A-Seat appointment and choose from available seats remains and any increased ticket orders will be allocated through Select-A-Seat. Any decrease in membership level, including All-Americans and above, will void the availability to keep their same seats and will have to participate in select-a-seat.

When is Select-A-Seat?
August 12-16, 2013. Donors will be assigned an appointment time to choose seat locations out of available seat inventory.

Are payment plans available?
Yes. For ticket orders, 10% of your total order is due at the time of your order. Equal payments are then charged at the end of each month until final payment on October 15, 2013. For donations, all pledges must be paid in-full by March 3, 2014.

I purchased a mini-pack last year, are those available for 2013-14?
Mini-packs (six or seven games) are based on availability. If available, a limited amount mini-pack and single-game tickets will be released in mid October. The best way to guarantee a seat in Allen Fieldhouse is through the purchase of a season ticket package.

I am a KU student. How can I get season tickets?
The sports combo is $150 and includes season tickets to all seven home football games and all home men’s basketball games. Students can order the sports combo through optional campus fees on Enroll & Pay. After July 31, 2013, all combo orders must be done at the Allen Fieldhouse ticket office.
