Kansas Men’s Basketball Conducts First Practice of 2013-14
LAWRENCE, Kan. – Kansas’ men’s basketball team conducted its first practice of the 2013-14 season Friday afternoon at the KU Practice Gym adjacent to Allen Fieldhouse.
KU 11th-year head coach Bill Self and his staff welcomed 10 returners and eight newcomers from a team which went 31-6 in 2012-13, won KU’s ninth-straight Big 12 regular-season title, the Big 12 postseason tournament and advanced to Kansas’ 30th all-time Sweet 16. Following practice the 10 returners received their championship rings from the previous season.
