Fifth-year senior Alexis Romero becomes the sixth Kansas women’s athlete in program history to clear 14-feet, going 4.27m (14-0 ft.) to tie for second.

Cody Johnson earns a time qualifier in the men’s 400 hurdles prelims.

Senior Shaylyn Stallbaumer picks up a second-place finish in the javelin at her final Big 12 Outdoor Championship with a throw of 45.39m (148-11 ft.).
Men’s Hammer Throw
Gleb Dudarev wins his third Big 12 Conference title in the hammer throw with a mark of 70.48m (231-3 ft.).
Heptathlon High Jump
Toni Englund notches another PR, this time in the high jump at 1.64m (5-4.5 ft.) to earn 783 points in the heptathlon.
Heptathlon 100-Meter Hurdles
Toni Englund ties her PR of 14.48 seconds to earn 912 points in the heptathlon 100-meter hurdles as KU’s top finisher in the event.
