Tulsa Phog – The KU pep band’s trombone section reminded everyone inside the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, that wherever the KU basketball team plays “The Phog” is there with them as the Jayhawks took on UC Davis in the first round of the NCAA Basketball Tournament on Friday, March 17.

March Madness – KU senior Frank Mason III led a KU fast break against Michigan State during the NCAA Basketball Tournament second-round game inside the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on Sunday, March 19.

The Victor’s Roar – After scoring 23 points in the 90-70 NCAA Basketball Tournament second-round victory over Michigan State, Josh Jackson roared with delight as KU advanced to the Sweet 16 in Kansas City to face another Big 10 foe, Purdue. Jackson scored 14 of his 23 points in the second half to help fuel a 19-5 Kansas run to end the game inside the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on Sunday, March 19.

Big Reach – Senior Frank Mason III spread his arms out to the fans as he left the court inside the BOK Center following KU’s 90-70 victory over Michigan State on Sunday, March 19. Mason, the Big 12 Player of the Year, scored 20 points for the Jayhawks.

Hands On – KU’s Taylor Turski slapped hands with his teammates after closing out his starting stint in which the junior transfer threw five innings, giving up no runs and only two hits in the Jayhawks’ 2-1 victory over Houston Baptist in the first game of a doubleheader on Friday, March 10 inside Hoglund Ballpark.

In Motion – The snap to KU quarterback Carter Stanley set in motion a 7-on-7 drill during the Jayhawks’ first spring football practice inside the Anschutz Sports Pavilion on Monday, March 13.
