Kansas sets date for Prospect Day
LAWRENCE, Kan. – The doors of the University of Kansas Boathouse will open to those interested in joining the team as Kansas rowing hosts Prospect Day on Saturday, Feb. 10, starting at 10:30 a.m.
The event is open to juniors and seniors in high school that are interested in the sport of rowing. The day will start off with a tour of the boathouse, followed by an hour-long program to learn more about KU rowing.
The meeting will be hosted by members of the Kansas rowing coaching staff to discuss opportunities such as life as an NCAA Division I student-athlete and the walk-on experience that Kansas Athletics offers.
