Kansas swimming & diving’s Kate Steward was selected to the CoSIDA Academic All-District VII Team, the organization announced on Thursday. The honor recognizes the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom.

Freshman Maria Titova, the 52nd-ranked player in the nation, has been selected to compete in the NCAA Singles Championships May 23rd-28th in Champaign, Illinois.

Kansas Softball fell to Central Arkansas, 5-4, in extra innings in game six of the NISC Postseason Tournament in Fort Collins, Colorado on Sunday.

The No. 17 ranked Texas Longhorns won the series finale 11-6 against the Kansas Jayhawks on a hot Sunday afternoon at UFCU Disch-Falk Field. Texas scored nine runs in the seventh and eighth innings.

Kansas Softball defeated George Washington University 4-3 in the first round of the National Invitational Softball Championship at TC Colorado Field in Fort Collins.

On a steamy Friday night at UFCU Disch-Falk Field, the No. 17 ranked Texas Longhorns defeated the Kansas Jayhawks 8-1. Texas hit four solo home runs in the contest.

The Kansas Jayhawks fell to the No. 17 ranked Texas Longhorns 12-4 on Thursday night at UFCU Disch-Falk Field. Kansas was officially eliminated from the Big 12 Championship.

Kansas Softball will head to Fort Collins, Colorado to compete in the National Invitational Softball Championship Postseason Tournament at the TC Colorado Field. Play begins on Friday, May 20. 

The Kansas Jayhawks men’s basketball team will host Seton Hall in the 2022 Big 12-BIG EAST Battle, the conferences jointly announced on Wednesday. The game will be played December 1, 2022 in Allen Fieldhouse.

Kansas track and field will be well represented by 27 individuals across 17 events at the NCAA West Preliminary in Fayetteville, Arkansas from May 26-29, in what serves as the qualifying round for the 2022 NCAA Outdoor Championship.
