Summer 2008: Played for the Maxim Yankees, an independent collegiate team … Went 2-1 with a 1.13 ERA in 12 relief appearances with five saves … Allowed a .175 batting average against.

2007 (Sophomore): Selected All-Big 12 Honorable Mention as well as Academic All-Big 12 … His 32 appearances were the sixth-most in a single season by a Jayhawk pitcher … His 1.60 ERA was tied for sixth-best in a single-season in Kansas history (minimum 25 innings pitched)… Had the fifth-most single-season saves in Kansas history with seven … Tied a career high with four strikeouts against Missouri (3/30) … Did not allow an earned run until his 10th appearance (10.2 innings) … Picked up his first win of the season by allowing only one run in 4.2 innings of relief against Texas A&M (3/17).
