Summer 2008: Played for the Mac-N-Seitz A[apos]s in Kansas City … Hit .275 in 11 games with four homers and seven RBIs … Teammate of current Jayhawk Lee Ridenhour.

2008 (Junior): Played in 55 games, making 54 starts at first base … Hit .221 with 16 doubles, five homers and 31 RBIs … Collected 38 runs scored and a .403 slugging percentage … Hit .267 (16-for-60) with runners in scoring position … Had 10 multi-hit games, as well as seven multi-RBI contests … Went 2-for-3 with his first home run of the season against Hawaii-Hilo (2/24) … Also had three RBIs against the Vulcans (2/24) … Set career highs with four hits, five RBIs and 12 total bases against Xavier (3/1) … Also recorded second multi-home run game against the Musketeers (3/1) … Collected two hits, including only triple of the season, against North Dakota State (3/9) … Hit .316 (6-for-19) during the Florida Spring Classic, including two-hit games against Dartmouth (3/19) and Ohio State (3/21) … Hit safely in six straight games (3/26-4/1) … Went 1-for-3 with a three-run homer and two walks against Texas Tech (4/11) … Hit .277 with 17 extra-base hits through the first six weeks of the season.

2007 (Sophomore): Made 47 starts at first base as a sophomore … Hit .206 with four home runs, nine doubles and 27 RBIs … Had seven multiple-RBI games and three multiple-hit games … Had an eight-game hitting streak from 2/23 to 3/7 … Hit a two-run home run at Stanford (2/23) … Went 2-for-2 with a home run, a double and three RBIs in a win over Chicago State (5/11) … Homered in both games of a double header against Western Illinois (3/4) … Went 2-for-5 with a run scored against Missouri (4/1) … Collected three RBIs against Nebraska (5/19).

Summer 2006: Played in 35 games for the Alexandria Beetles of the Northwoods League … Hit .234 with three home runs and 14 RBIs.

2006 (Freshman): Appeared in 57 games as a freshman, making 40 starts at first base and nine as the DH … Hit .314 with nine home runs, 12 doubles and 33 RBIs … Hit a pair of home runs and drove in four runs at Hawaii-Hilo (2/4) … Went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and a home run in his first conference game at Baylor (3/17) … Had a nine-game hitting streak from 3/19 to 4/5, second longest on the team in 2006 … Collected a season-high three hits in four at-bats at Oklahoma State (4/16) … Enjoyed another three-hit game with a double, triple and home run against Bradley (5/12) … Went 1-for-3 against Hawaii in KU[apos]s NCAA Tournament loss (6/4).
