2009 (Freshman): Made 17 appearances out of the bullpen … Went 2-0 with a 4.94 ERA in 23 2/3 innings … Tossed two scoreless innings against North Dakota (March 3) … Recorded 1 2/3 innings of scoreless relief against No. 4 Arizona State (March 15) … Did not allow a run in three innings of work against Western Illinois (March 24), to pick up first win … Recorded a season-high three strikeouts against Baker (April 21) … Also earned his second win against the Wildcats (April 21) … Struck out the side in a scoreless inning of work against Chicago State (April 28) … Allowed just one earned run in his last five appearances.
