2011 Summer: Played for the San Diego Waves of the Southern California Collegiate Baseball Association … Manager was Arona Taele … Hit .242 with eight doubles, a triple and 17 runs scored in 30 games … Added seven stolen bases and a .345 on-base percentage.

2011 (Junior): Played in 42 games, making 36 starts in the outfield … Collected eight doubles and 19 runs scored … Hit two home runs during Big 12 play for a .306 slugging percentage … Went 7-for-12 at the plate in the series against Nebraska (April 8-10) … Collected three hits, including a home run, a double and two RBIs against Nebraska (April 10) … Hit his second home run of the season at Missouri (April 17).
