2019 CROSS COUNTRY (Sr.)
Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the men’s 8K race at the Rim Rock Collegiate Classic (10/5) with a time of 25:54.9 … KU’s third finisher at the Pre-National Invitational (10/19), crossing the finish line in 24:31.0 to place 60th among a field of 257 of some of the best runners in the nation in the Men’s 8K Blue Race … Helped lead the men’s team to a top-20 finish at Pre-Nationals, where they placed 19th out of 38 teams with 532 points … The Jayhawks’ third runner to cross the finish line at the Big 12 Championship (11/2), right after teammate Michael Melgares … His 8K time of 24:12.5 earned him a 17th-place finish individually … Helped lead the men’s team to a fourth-place finish with 92 points … As one of the top-25 finishers in each race, earned All-Region honors with his 14th-place finish in 31:14.3 at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships (11/15) in Stillwater, Oklahoma … Best finish (one of three) for a KU runner at a Regional Meet since 2015 … Collectively, Kansas ran to a third-place team finish at the OSU Cross Country Course, which marked the men’s highest finish at a Regional meet since 2006.
2019 INDOOR (Sr.)
Finished second in the one-mile run at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/18) with a time of 4:16.70 … Recorded a first place finish in the one-mile run at the Power Five Invitational (2/1-2/2), clocking in with a time of 4:08.23 … Ran a personal-best time of 8:00.13 in the 3,000-meter run (invitational) to place 10th at the ISU Classic (2/8-9), posting the No. 7 performance and becoming the No. 3 performer in KU history … Finished fifth in the one-mile run (4:08.64) and the 3,000-meter run (8:24.12) at the Big 12 Indoor Championship (2/22-23) and was a member of the Big 12 Champion distance medley relay that finished with a combined time of 9:57.78.
2018 CROSS COUNTRY (RJr.)
Opened his season at the Rim Rock Classic (9/29) where he was the top collegiate finisher and second overall in the men’s 8K race, clocking in at 24:30.7 … KU’s top finisher in the men’s 8K at the Pre-National Invitational (10/13), clocking in at 24:58.90 … One of three All-Big 12 finishers for the Kansas men at the Big 12 Championship (10/26), crossing the finish line in 13th with a time of 24:17.8 … KU’s first finisher in the 10K at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/9), placing 29th overall with a time of 31:42.4.

Kansas’ fourth scorer at the Big 12 Championship (10/29) where he tallied a 22nd-place finish and posted an 8K time of 26:13.6 … Took 60th at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/11) with his 10K time of 31:32.6 … Kicked off his season with a ninth-place finish at the Rim Rock Classic (10/1) by way of his 8K time of 24:29.9 … Finished 77th at the Pre-National Invitational (10/15) after he crossed the 8K finish in 25:07.6.

Competed in all five of the Jayhawks’ meets during his first season … Opened his KU career with a third-place finish at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/1) by way of his 6K time of 19:19.5 … The Jayhawks’ sixth finisher at the Big 12 Championship (10/31) after he completed the 8K in 26:03.2 and took 42nd overall … Best 8K time of the year came at the Rim Rock Classic (10/3) where he finished 14th overall in a time of 24:38.0.
Helped Washington County track & field team to three league championships, three regional titles and two state runner-up finishes … Four-time state 2A champion in the 3,200m (2x), 1,600m and the 800m … Posted state of Kansas’ No. 3 all-time 3,200-meter clocking at 8:56.03 … Two-time Kansas State 2A record holder in the 1,600 meters (4:22) and the 3,200 meters (9:20) … Ran to all-state honors in cross country in 2012 and 2013.
