Opened his 2019 season with a team-leading third-place overall finish in the men’s 8K at the Rim Rock Collegiate Classic (10/5), clocking in at 25:47.4 … He was the first collegiate runner to cross the finish line, thus claiming the individual title … His third-place finish led Kansas to a team title (17 points) as well, its second of the season … At the Pre-National Invitational (10/19), crossed the finish line in 26:41.8 to place 246th among a field of 257 of some of the best runners in the nation in the Men’s 8K Blue Race … Helped lead the men’s team to a top-20 finish at Pre-Nationals, where they placed 19th out of 38 teams with 532 points … Was the Jayhawks’ second runner to cross the finish line at the Big 12 Championship (11/2) … His 8K time of 24:10.1 earned him a 16th-place finish individually … Helped lead the men’s team to a fourth-place finish with 92 points … The Jayhawks’ fourth finisher at the 2019 NCAA Midwest Regional Cross Country Championship, completing the 10K in a time of 31:35.7 … Collectively, Kansas ran to a third-place team finish at the OSU Cross Country Course, which marked the men’s highest finish at a Regional meet since 2006.

Finished third in the 5,000-meter run at the 92nd Kansas Relays (4/17-20), clocking in at 14:38.55.
2019 INDOOR (Jr.)
Posted a first place finish in the 3,000-meter run at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/18) with a time of 8:22.12 … Finished second in the 3,000-meter run at the Power Five Invitational (2/1-2/2) with a time of 8:20.93.
2018 CROSS COUNTRY (Sr.)
Finished fifth in the men’s 6K race at the season-opening Bob Timmons Classic (9/1) as KU’s fourth finisher with a time of 19:40.6 … Was KU’s second finisher at the Rim Rock Classic (9/29), placing fourth overall with an 8K time of 24:38.6 … KU’s second finisher and 93rd overall finisher at the Pre-National Invitational (10/13) in the men’s 8K, finishing with a time of 24:59.28 … KU’s top finisher at the Big 12 Championship (10/26), earning All-Big 12 honors with a 10th place finish and a time of 24:11.8 in the men’s 8K … Placed 36th in the 10K at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/9) with a time of 31:50.9.

Earned Academic All-Big 12 Honors for the second time in his career … Started his season with a first place victory at the Rim Rock Farm Collegiate Classic (9/30) where he finished the 8K loop in 24:52.4 … Was the Jayhawks’ top finisher at the Pre-National Invitational (10/14) with an 111th-place finish and 24:34.5 8K time … Took 47th place at the Big 12 Cross Country Championship (10/28) crossing the finish line for the 8K at 25:16.8 … Was the first of the Jayhawk men to finish at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships (11/10) where he posted a 10K time of 30:11.1, which was good for a 52nd place finish.

Ran in all five of the Jayhawks’ outings in 2016 … KU’s top finisher at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/11) after posting a 32nd-place finish and clocking in with a 10K time of 31:00.3 … Posted a 19th-place finish at the Big 12 Championship (10/29) when he tallied an 8K time of 26:06.6 … Kicked off his season with a third-place finish at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/3) when he completed the 6K in 19:40.9 … Named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

Saw action in two meets during his first season with the Jayhawks … Opened the year with a seventh-place finish at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/1) with his 6K time of 19:31.0 … Finished 28th and clocked in at 25:02.0 in his first-career 8K at the Rim Rock Classic (10/3).
