Career Honors: 2006: KU Defensive Player of the Week vs. Baylor.

2008 (Jr.): Saw action at linebacker and on special teams during the year… Started against Sam Houston State and Iowa State… Recorded eight tackles against Colorado… Followed that with five tackles at Oklahoma in the next game… Had 33 tackles on the season.

2007 (So.): Played as a backup linebacker and on special teams… Recorded 17 tackles on the year… Had 1.5 tackles for loss, including one sack… Sack came against Southeastern Louisiana… Best statistical effort was a three-tackle game against Nebraska… Had two tackles in four different games.

2006 (Fr.): Appeared in all 12 games and made four starts… Ended the season with 27 total tackles including 20 solo stops… Recorded one interception and added two pass break-ups… Collected a season-high six tackles against both Oklahoma State and Missouri… Had a 28-yard interception return against Baylor and earned team[apos]s Defensive Player of the Week.
