2010 (Jr.): Played in 11 games as a reserve linebacker and on special teams… Was credited with five tackles on the year… Had two tackles against Texas A&M… Made one stop against Georgia Tech, Southern Mississippi and Kansas State… Recovered a fumble against Kansas State.

2009 (So.): Did not see action as a backup linebacker… Named KU Defensive Scout Player of the Week vs. Northern Colorado and Texas Tech.

2008 (Fr.): Named KU Defensive Scout Team Player of the Week vs. Iowa State … Did not see action on the season.

2007 (RS): Redshirted his first year as a walk-on.

High School: The Arkansas defensive player of the year as a senior… Recorded 155 tackles as a senior… Was a three-year letterwinner… Also played soccer and baseball… Led soccer team in scoring as a senior… Was a two-time all-state soccer selection.

Personal: Born in Little Rock, Ark… Major is biology… Would like to go to medical school… Main hobby is hunting… Son of Charlie and Deidra Peterman… Has one sister… Father played football at Arkansas.
