2007 (Jr.): Missed the first four games of the year after suffering an injury early in fall camp… Missed two games later in the year due to injury… Played in seven games, starting three contests at right cornerback (Texas A&M, Nebraska and Oklahoma State)… Had 19 tackles, including two for loss… Added an interception in his first game at Kansas State… Recovered a fumble at Colorado… Broke up three passes on the year… Had a season-high seven tackles at Texas A&M… Had four stops at Colorado and at Oklahoma State.

Junior College: Named All-Jayhawk Conference Second Team as a sophomore… The No. 92 ranked junior college player in the class of 2007 by Rivals.com… Played in all 12 games and finished third on the team with 66 total tackles as a sophomore… Tied for the team lead with six interceptions and led the club with nine pass break-ups… Helped the Grizzlies to the 2006 KJCCC Championship, a Region VI title and a victory in the 2006 Dalton Defenders Bowl… Named Butler[apos]s Defensive Player of the Game following the bowl contest.

High School: An All-Region, All-League and All-State First Team wide receiver in 2004… Named All-Region First Team as a wide receiver and All-Region Honorable Mention as a defensive back as a junior… Lettered in football and basketball for the Bulldogs… Coached in football by Joby Scroggs.

Personal: Born in Hartwell, Ga… Major is African-American studies… Would like to be a teacher and football coach… Enjoys playing pool, ping pong and fishing… Son of Evelyn Harper… Has four brothers and two sisters… One cousin played football at Georgia, while another played at Georgia Tech.
