Career Honors: 2005: KU Offensive Scout Player of the Week vs. Oklahoma.

2008 (Jr.): Saw action as a reserve receiver and on special teams… Started at WR against Sam Houston State and had three catches for 25 yards with a long of 13… Had one catch for three yards against La. Tech.

2007 (So.): Spent time at WR and punt returner… Caught four balls for 39 yards and a TD… Most action came in the season opener when he had three catches for 34 yards and a TD… Had a five-yard catch vs. Baylor… Returned 14 punts for 170 yards and one TD… Averaged 12.1 yards per punt return… Had a 77-yard TD return against Central Michigan in the season opener which tied the 11th-longest in school history… Returned five punts for 91 yards against Central Michigan, four for 76 vs. Southeastern Louisiana, three for three vs. Toledo and two for zero vs. FIU.

2006 (Fr.): Did not see any action on the season.

2005 (RS): Redshirted… Spent his rookie season on the scout team and learned the KU offensive system… Named by the coaching staff as the Offensive Scout Team Player of the Week for the Oklahoma game.

High School: Named all-state first team as a wide receiver in 2004… An all-district WR after his junior and senior seasons… Named Offensive MVP after the 2004 season… Named MVP of the Coca-Cola All-Star game as a senior… Earned Sophomore of the Year honors following the 2002 football season… Top game as a senior saw him haul in 14 catches for 190 yards and a pair of touchdowns against Plano West… Earned varsity letters in football and basketball for the Colonels… Led the football team to league titles in 2003 and 2004… Coached in football by Mickey Moss.
