High School: Was the District Offensive Player of the Year… Named a Texas Top 100 Recruit by several publications… As a senior he rushed 258 times for 1,762 yards and 20 touchdowns… Also caught 12 passes for 96 yards and another score… His junior season he rushed 206 times for 1,149 yards and 15 touchdowns, while adding 21 receptions for 361 yards and three touchdowns… Was named the district offensive sophomore of the year in 2007.
