2011 (Sr.): Started at left tackle in all 12 games … Moved to left guard against Oklahoma after an injury to Jeremiah Hatch … Start against McNeese State marked his first start since Nov. 21, 2009 at Texas … Helped Jayhawk offense rack up 534 yards, including 253 on the ground, against Northern Illinois … Also helped the KU offense gain 404 yards, including 296 rushing yards, against Baylor.
2010 (Jr.): Missed the season due to an off-season leg injury.
2009 (So.): Started 10 games while playing in all 12 contests… Started the first eight games at right tackle… Missed a start and then was the starter at right guard against Nebraska and Texas… Came off the bench in season finale against Missouri.
2008 (Fr.): Earned Phil Steele MagazineFreshman All-America Third Team honors… A redshirt freshman who started all 13 games on the season… Started the first four games at left tackle before moving to right tackle for the remainder of the year.
2007 (RS): Redshirted his first year at Kansas.
High School: An all-state first team and all-Northeast Ohio selection… Also named all-county and all-Northeastern Conference… Ranked as the seventh-best lineman in the state of Ohio by Rivals.com… Helped his high school team to a 6-4 record and first outright league title in 43 years… Lettered in football, basketball and track and field for the Raiders… Averaged 12 points, 12 rebounds and five blocks per game on the basketball court… Was second in the shot put as a senior… Coached in football by Devlin Culliver.
