Career Honors: 2010: KU Defensive Player of the Week vs. Southern Mississippi and vs. Nebraska. 2007: KU Scout Team Offensive Player of the Week vs. Oklahoma State.

2010 (Jr.): Named KU defensive player of the week vs. Southern Mississippi and Nebraska… Started 11 of 12 games at defensive tackle… Came off the bench in the Iowa State game… Made 27 tackles, including four for loss… Had one sack in season finale against Missouri… Forced a fumble at Nebraska… Made four tackles in the Nebraska game… Had three tackles in six other games.

2009 (So.): Saw action in nine games… Had eight tackles on the season, including a sack at UTEP… Made his first collegiate start in the season-opener against Northern Colorado… Had a season-best four tackles vs. Southern Mississippi… Had two stops at UTEP… Also made tackles against Duke and Iowa State.

2008 (Fr.): Did not see any time as a backup defensive tackle during freshman campaign.
