2010 (Fr.): Spent the first part of training camp at wide receiver before being moved to safety… Played in each of the first three games before suffering a season-ending injury… Had four tackles in college debut against North Dakota State… Had five tackles and a forced fumble against Georgia Tech in second game… Had one tackle against Southern Mississippi before being injured… Had 10 tackles in three games, including 2.5 for loss.

High School: Was a three-time all-state and all-conference wide receiver… A two-time all-metro selection… Earned the Otis Taylor Award as Kansas City[apos]s top wide receiver… Caught 74 passes for 928 yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior… Added 376 rushing yards as a senior… As a junior he had 49 receptions for 902 yards, while also rushing for 594 yards… Scored 17 touchdowns… Caught 42 passes for 677 yards and six scores as a sophomore… Team was the state runners-up his senior year… Also competed in track and baseball.

Personal: Born in Lawrence, Kan… Son of Kerry and Doug Terry… Father lettered as a defensive back at Kansas from 1988-91 and then played with the Kansas City Chiefs from 1992-95… Has one brother and one sister… Plans to major in education and would like to teach and coach after graduation.
