2012 (Sr.):Selected as one of three permanent team captains prior to the season… Starting quarterback in seven games… Started first six contests and also at West Virginia… Played in 10 games, missing the Texas and Texas Tech contests… Completed 103-of-216 passes for 1,313 yards and four touchdowns… Connected on a season-long 43-yard pass with Kale Pick on his first offensive play in a Jayhawk uniform… Tossed first touchdown pass to Mike Ragone against South Dakota State… Hit Jimmay Mundine for his second touchdown pass against Rice… Threw for a season-best 303 yards on 19-of-39 passing against TCU… Threw for 147 yards, going 10-for-26, at Northern Illinois… Completed 16-of-27 passes for 189 yards and a touchdown at Kansas State… Hit on seven of his first eight passes, including a 19-yard touchdown, against the Wildcats… Threw for 156 yards, including a 37-yard touchdown to Tony Pierson, against Iowa State on Senior Night… Connected with Andrew Turzilli on a 41-yard pass at West Virginia.

2009 (RFr. at Notre Dame): Made first four appearances of his Notre Dame career against Nevada, Michigan State, Purdue and Washington State … Totaled 130 passing yards on 10 of 20 passing with one TD and one interception … Gained 16 yards on five rushes … Made first career appearance in season opener against Nevada and completed both passes he attempted for 17 yards including 15-yard completion … Entered the Purdue game at the start of second quarter and promptly led Notre Dame on two TD drives to help give the Irish to a 17-7 halftime lead … Completed five of 10 passes for 45 yards at Purdue … Took snaps during second half of a blowout win against Washington State in the Alamodome, completing two of six passes for a season-best 69 yards, including 64-yard TD strike to John Goodman … Injured his knee on next series and missed remainder of the season.

2008 (Fr. at Notre Dame): Did not see any game action and redshirted.
