A five-year letter winner at Missouri State, Steffany Dickerson joined the KU Softball coaching staff as a graduate assistant in 2022.
Prior to KU, Dickerson was a starting pitcher for the Missouri State softball team. During the 2021 season, Dickerson was named the MVC Pitcher of the Year and MVC All-Tournament MVP. Dickerson finished her collegiate career with an ERA of 2.24 and a .240 batting average.
A native of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Dickerson graduated from Missouri State with a Bachelor’s of Sport and Park Administration. She is currently working toward a master’s in sport management.
