Started his junior season with a fourth place finish in the 600 yards at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular, finishing in 1:14.92 … Won the 600 yards at the Jayhawk Classic, finishing in 1:14.89 … Set a personal best 50.37 in the 400 meters at the Arkansas Qualifier … At the Big 12 Indoor Championship, he ran a 1:11.45 in the 600 yard prelims, advancing him to the finals where he placed 7th in 1:11.08, which was a personal best.

Opened his sophomore campaign at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/6), placing seventh in the 400 meters in 51.93 … At the Jayhawk Classic (1/23-1/24), he was part of the Distance Medley Relay Team that placed first in 10:14.55 … Set a personal best in the 400 meters at the Arkansas Qualifier, finishing in 51.14.
