Summer 2009 (USA Basketball):
One of 12 players selected to travel to Serbia for the World University Games July 1-11 … Helped lead Team USA to the gold medal and a perfect 7-0 mark in the tournament after averaging 12.0 points per game, which ranked second best on the team … Started five of the seven contests, while also scoring in double figures in five of the games … Posted 15 points on two separate occasions, in a 93-59 win over Great Britain and also in a 115-78 victory over Czech Republic … Connected on 32-of-57 shots from the field, good for 56.1 percent … Made 13-of-16 free throws, good for 81.3 percent … Averaged 3.7 rebounds per game, while also collecting 11 assists and eight steals.
