Named to the 2023-2024 Academic All-District Women’s Basketball Team…Started in all 32 games she played in as the Jayhawks’ point guard…Ranked fifth on the team in scoring averaging 9.7 points per game…Finished the year with 310 points, 78 rebounds (2.4 per game) and landed second on the team with 76 assists…Surpassed 1,000 career points spanning her time at Kansas and Tulsa…Reached double-digit scoring on 15 different occasions… Shot 37.7% (109-289) from the field and 32.8% (40-122) from the three-point line…Scored a season-high 21 points at Oklahoma…Had a season high six rebounds at Baylor and helped Kansas to a 69-52 victory over Houston (Feb. 8) with six assists…Picked up four points, three assists and three steals to help Kansas beat No. 4 Baylor (Jan. 10) 87-66 for the program’s first win against a top-five ranked opponent since 2009.
2022-23 (Junior)
Started 31-of-34 games in her first season with the Jayhawks…Reached double figures in scoring 22 times on the year, with four games of 20+ points…Ranked fourth on the team in scoring, averaging 11.4 points per game…Scored a career-high 26 points against Kansas State (Jan. 29), hitting 7-15 field goal attempts, while tying a career-high with four three-pointers and eight free throws…Pulled down a season-best seven rebounds on two occasions: vs. Wichita State (Dec. 11), vs. Oklahoma (Feb. 19)…Shot 37.7 percent (130-345) from the field, 28.0 percent (35-125) from three-point range, and 79.3 percent (92-116) from the free throw line…Ranked second on the team with 102 assists and fourth with 41 steals…Also totaled 98 rebounds (2.9 per game), and 10 blocked shots.

at Tulsa
Two-year letterwinner at Tulsa, starting 44-of-45 games during the 2020-21 and 2021-22 seasons…Earned all-conference recognition from the American Athletic Conference in both seasons at Tulsa…As a freshman, was named to the AAC All-Freshman Team before earning All-Conference Second Team honors in 2021-22…As a sophomore, started 27 games and led Tulsa in scoring at 14.1 points per game, while shooting 44.3% from the field and 43.0% from three-point range…Also averaged 4.0 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.4 steals per game in 2021-22…In 2020-21, was a two-time AAC Freshman of the Week (Dec. 14, 2020; Jan. 11, 2021), averaging 12.3 points and 3.5 rebounds per game.
High School
Played her junior and senior seasons at Booker T. Washington High School in Tulsa, her sophomore season at Watson Chapel High School in Pine Bluff, Ark., and her freshman year at Fayetteville High School in Fayetteville, Ark.…during her high school career, posted 1,386 points, 443 rebounds, 270 steals, 240 assists and 32 blocks…as a senior, led Booker T. Washington to a 24-3 record, while averaging 15 points, six rebounds and five assists per game…earned Frontier Conference first-team and Oklahoma Class 6A all-state honors…was tabbed as the BTW Most Valuable Player, Frontier Conference MVP and Tournament of Champions MVP, and was named to The Oklahoman’s Super 5 her senior season…at Fayetteville High School, helped her team claim the Arkansas Class 7A state championship…at Watson Chapel High School, helped her team finish as the Arkansas Class 5A runner-up.
Personal
Daughter of Lee and Marla Mayberry…Her father, Lee, played in the NBA for the Milwaukee Bucks and Vancouver Grizzlies for a combined seven years after being drafted with the 23rd pick in the 1992 NBA Draft…Wyvette has three older sisters who have played collegiate basketball: Taleya (Tulsa, 2009-13), Kaylan (Oral Roberts, 2013-17) and Maya (Oral Roberts, 2017-19; Tulsa, 2020-23), and a younger sister, Rhyian, who is a freshman and plays at Booker T. Washington.
