• Academically, aided the team to a 3.55 spring GPA
• Competed with the Third Varsity Eight against Drake (5/1) finishing second with a time of 9:26.8
• Raced with the Third Varsity Eight against Kansas State at the Sunflower Showdown (5/1), taking third-place at 8:08.1
• 2020-21 Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team

HIGH SCHOOL

• Competed in track & field, 300H and pole vault, and volleyball at Lawrence Free State High School
• Three total letters won
• Aided the Firebirds to a Sunflower League title 2019-2020 and Sub-State Championship in the same year
• Some of her accolades include garnering All-Academic Honorable Mention status by the Kansas Volleyball Association, the Integrity Award recipient, and AVCA Team Academic Award in 2019-2020
• Academically was a member of the National Honor’s Society from 2018-2020 and on the honor roll from 2016-2020

Daughter of David and Sara Johnston…Has two siblings, Sophia and Austin…Plans to major in business marketing…Relatives that played college or pro sports include David, father, KU track & field in addition to cross country 1990-94 and John Ogden, uncle, KU golf 1986-90…Relatives that attended KU include mom and dad, Don Johnson (grandfather), and a host of aunts and uncles (Peter Johnston, Emily Ogden, John Ogden, Sara Johnston, and Mike Stutz).
