In the first outdoor match at the Jayhawk Tennis Center, Kansas routed SEMO 7-0 to win four of their last five matches at that point. The No. 9 seeded Kansas outlasted the No. 8 seeded Kansas State in the opening round of the Big 12 Women’s Tennis Championship back on April 22, taking the match 4-3 on the Hurd Tennis Center Courts in Waco, Texas. Falcon helped coach Malkia Ngounoue, All-Big 12 Singles First Team, and Tiffany Lagarde, Big 12 Individual No. 5 Singles position Champion, earned postseason 2021 All-Big 12 Awards. As a team, the Jayhawks succeeded off the court as well earning numerous academic honors.

In her final season in Madison, the Badgers finished runner-up in the Big Ten Conference, which was the team’s highest finish since 2002 and accumulated the most wins since 1997. Not only did the team finish runner-up in its respective conference, but the Badgers qualified for the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2005.

As a collegiate student-athlete at the LSU, Falcon was named a three-time All-American in singles and reached rankings as high as No. 1 in singles and was top-10 in doubles. She was named the 2007 South Eastern Conference Player of the Year and competed in the Pan American Games the same year. Falcon’s collegiate dominance in singles was recognized on the global stage as she was ranked as high as No. 331 in singles by the Women’s Tennis Association.

Prior to the University of Wisconsin, Falcon spent the 2015-16 season at Gonzaga. That season the Bulldogs achieved another program record for the amount of wins for a season while finishing second in the West Coast Conference, a school record at that time.

An Alameda, California native, Falcon began her coaching career in 2015 as a volunteer assistant coach for the University of Houston. That season the Cougars swept the American Athletic Conference and qualified for the NCAA Tournament while accumulating a final season ranking of No. 34 in the nation, the highest in program history.

Falcon graduated from LSU with a history and international studies degree in 2009.
