Bio

Abbi Craig was rehired at Kansas Athletics in November 2021 as the Curator of the Booth Family Hall of Athletics. In this role she oversees the daily operations of the Hall of Athletics, but primarily manages the department’s artifact collection and serves as a history resource to various internal colleagues. Previously she served in similar roles for Kansas Athletics from August 2011 until January 2021. Her favorite part of her job is getting to tell the smaller, more unique stories from Jayhawks past and hopefully by doing so, to inspire future Jayhawks’ stories yet to be told!

Craig (nee Huderle) earned her undergraduate degrees in history and anthropology from the University of Kansas while a four-year varsity rowing student-athlete for the Jayhawks. She then earned a Masters Degree in Museology from the University of Washington in 2011 before returning to Lawrence. She is married with two small children and loves spending her time outside of work with them or working on crafts and house projects.
