Andrea Woods

Bio

Andrea Woods joined the Kansas athletics department staff in November of 2018. She worked as a part-time production specialist for Rock Chalk Video while she was a student at KU and joined as a full-time staff member upon her graduation.

In her role she oversees video content creation for the Soccer and Softball teams, assists in production of in-venue videoboard shows and ESPN+ broadcasts and acts as video support services for all sports.

Woods was born in Richmond, MO and attended Richmond High School, where she played on the volleyball, basketball and track teams.

She graduated from the University of Kansas in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of science in Journalism and a Bachelor’s of Science in Education.

Woods has a cat, Jiji, and a dog, Finn.
