Curtis Lorenz

Bio

Curtis Lorenz joined the Kansas athletics department staff in August, 2018. He worked at Spectrum Sports in Kansas City as a Sports Producer/Director for 29 years.

In his role he oversees, live event productions for ESPN+/Big 12 NOW.

Prior to coming to Kansas Curtis was a Sports Production Specialist with Spectrum Sports in Kansas City.  He helped with all aspects of game productions for the cable channel in KC including MLB, NFL, NCAA, High School and many other sports productions.

Curtis was born in Kansas City, Kan. and attended Park Hill High School, where he played on the basketball and baseball. He graduated from Northwest Missouri State. His hobbies include coaching softball, road bike riding and skiing.
