TITLE Assistant Athletic Trainer (ROW)

Bio

Emily Bromley joined the Kansas Team Health staff in August of 2019. She serves as an athletic trainer for the Women’s Rowing team.

Bromley comes to KU after spending 6 seasons at Oral Roberts University where she worked with the Women’s Basketball and Men’s Tennis programs. While at ORU, Bromley was responsible for hiring and supervision of graduate assistants and interns, inventory and supply ordering, and was instrumental in creating Mental Health Policy and Procedures for ORU Athletics in addition to implementing mental health awareness and wellness programs for student athletes.

Prior to ORU, Bromley worked as a Graduate Assistant at The University of Kansas where she earned her Sport Management Masters of Science in Education while serving as the athletic trainer for the KU Women’s Swimming and Diving team.

Bromley earned her BA in Athletic Training from Park University in 2011. While at Park University Bromley was a catcher on the softball team and a two-time NAIA Academic All-American.

Bromley is a native of Olathe, KS and currently lives in Eudora, with her husband, Jeff, and their two dogs, Scooby and Piper.
