Francie Boyer

Bio

Francie Boyer joined the University of Kansas Compliance Office in 2018 as Director of Compliance and was promoted in 2023 as the Assistant Athletics Director – Student Services. Her primary responsibility is student-athlete eligibility. Prior to KU, she held compliance positions at Boston College, Baylor University, and the NAIA; as well as an Compliance internship with Bond, Schoeneck & King. Boyer had also served as a graduate assistant in the KU Compliance Office.

A native of Overland Park, KS, Boyer earned both her bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Kansas.

Boyer is a member of the National Association of Athletics Compliance Coordinators (NAAC) and Women Leaders in College Sports.
