Kevin Berg

Bio

Kevin Berg took over as Director of Football Creative Video Media in March of 2019.

In his role, Berg serves as the primary video creation specialist for the Kansas Football program. He creates video content for all of the Kansas social media, including highlight packages, documentary style videos and photos. He shoots, edits and produces short and long-form videos from games, practices, team events and community service events.

Upon his arrival at Kansas, Berg assisted in the re-brand and growth of Kansas football social media platforms that saw a 31% growth on Twitter and 89% growth on Instagram. Berg also creates content to be used in recruiting, helping to also develop and conceptualize National Signing Day themes and content.

Prior to his time at Kansas, Berg served as a creative content specialist for Northwest Missouri Football. There, Berg shot, edited and produced all videos for the program, while also producing internal and external hype videos, as well as weekly game recaps.

He also served as a freelance videographer for the Kansas City Chiefs and Sporting KC. Berg is a native of Kansas City and graduated from Northwest Missouri in 2016 with a degree in Exercise Science. He is engaged to Kelsey Lacy.
