KU Athletics dedicates a week of thanks for WEF members
LAWRENCE, Kan. – Every year, over 6,000 University of Kansas Alumni and fans support Kansas Athletics through generous contributions to the Williams Education Fund. To show appreciation and recognize the generosity and commitment of Williams Education Fund members, Kansas Athletics has identified the week of November 20 as Thank You Week.
“We look forward to sharing our thanks with all Williams Education Fund members throughout the coming week,” Associate Athletics Director, Matt Baty, said. “Their generosity allows us to provide our student-athletes not only with a world-class education but an overall student-athlete experience that is second to none. This would not be possible without the support of each and every Williams Education Fund member. From our 500 student-athletes and all of us at Kansas Athletics, we would like to dedicate this week to thanking you for everything you do!”
As a part of Thank You Week, be sure to visit WilliamsFund.com and Kansas Athletics via social media for special messages from KU student-athletes showing their thanks to WEF members for their support.
