Jayhawks Win Two Races to Conclude Cardinal Invite

OAK RIDGE, Tenn. – The Kansas rowing team had a strong finish in day two of the Cardinal Invitational as the Jayhawks had two boats claim first place and two boats earn second place finishes.

“I thought we performed quite a bit better today,” said Kansas head coach Rob Catloth. “We saw some things yesterday that we need to fix, and I thought we carried those out really well. We raced at a high level today and made some improvements. I think it gave everyone some confidence and sets the tone for the rest of the semester on how we can race.”
