Kansas Relays Meet Information

The 2014 Kansas Relays are set to take place Wednesday-Saturday, April 16-19 at the newly constructed Rock Chalk Park. The 87th installment of the meet is again expected to draw strong representation from across the Midwest among the high school and collegiate ranks. This year’s KU Relays is expected to feature competitors from more than 300 high school teams and 250 colleges and universities, totaling more than 4,000 entries from 22 states.

Event Coverage

Television Saturday’s College Finals (March 19) will be broadcast live on Time Warner Cable Sports Channel and throughout the state on the Jayhawk Television Network. Family Fun Zone – Noon
An interactive family area that includes inflatable games, photo opportunities, poster making stations, stickers, face tattoos and more!

Opening Ceremony – 1 p.m.
Head over to the track for the official opening ceremony prior to the college finals.   

College Finals – 1:30 p.m.
Watch the best of the collegians compete for Kansas Relays gold in addition to taking aim at the top performance marks in the nation.

Please include all pertinent details, contact name, and return phone number and a meet official will contact you as soon as possible. The Kansas Relays office fax number is 785-864-5525.
TEAM ENTRY FEE Teams will only pay for athletes who gain entry into the meet. Entry fees must be paid before or at the time of packet pickup. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. PLEASE NOTE: Relay alternates count towards your entry total. In short, any athlete who has a bib number in your team packet counts towards your entry fee ($20 per athlete). Fees are to be paid by cash or check; credit cards will not be accepted. Make checks payable to Kansas Athletics. There is a team cap of $300 per team. Men’s/boys and women’s/girls squads count as separate teams.
