Opened the season with a third-place finish in the triple jump at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2) with a mark of 11.08 meters (36-4.25 ft.) … Finished fifth in the long jump (4.87m; 15-11.75 ft.) and sixth in the triple jump (11.19m; 36-8.5 ft.) at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13) … Finished seventh in the triple jump at the Mark Colligan Memorial (1/20) with a mark of 11.14 meters (36-6.75 ft.) … Won the triple jump at the Jayhawk Classic (1/25-26) with a mark of 11.37 meters (37-3.75 ft.) … Finished sixth in the triple jump at the Rod McCravy Memorial (2/3) with a leap of 11.58 meters (38-0 ft.).

Kicked off the outdoor campaign with a fifth-place finish in the triple jump at the ESU Spring Open (3/28) with her mark of 11.00 meters (36-1.25 ft.) … Took 10th in her final triple jump outing of the year at the Rock Chalk Classic (5/2), leaping a distance of 10.91 meters (35-9.5 ft.) … Best long jump mark of the season came at the ESU Spring Open when she hit 4.83 meters (15-10.25 ft.) en route to a 22nd-place finish.
2015 INDOOR (Fr.)
Top triple jump outing of the season came at the Jayhawk Classic (1/30) when she hit a mark of 10.62 meters (34-10.25 ft.) and finished third overall … Twice posted a triple jump mark of 10.58 meters (34-8.5 ft.), the first coming in a fifth-place finish at the KSU-KU-WSU Triangular (1/17), and the second at the ISU Classic (2/14), which earned her a seventh-place finish.
HIGH SCHOOL
Earned four letters in track as a member of the Garden City High School team that won the Western Athletic Conference three-consecutive years … Also earned letters in each of her four seasons on the volleyball and basketball teams … Broke the school record in the triple jump and became the all-time leading scorer in basketball … Led the women’s track team in points scored in all four seasons … Awarded Most Outstanding Female Athlete of her graduating class.
PERSONAL
Daughter of Robert and Kristi Tempel … Has a brother Tanner and triplet siblings Dustin and Greyson … Greyson is a quarterback at Pittsburg University while Dustin is on the track team at Garden City Community College … Majoring in speech pathology and plans to attain her master’s degree in the same field.
