Kansas to Clash with Colorado in Big 12 Second Round

The Kansas Jayhawks will meet the Colorado Buffaloes in the Big 12 Tournament for the first time since 2011 when the teams face off in the second round of the 2026 event on Thursday, March 5, at the T-Mobile Center in downtown Kansas City, Missouri.

Kansas Wins Home Opener 4-2 Against St. Thomas

Kansas baseball scored two runs in the bottom of the eighth to defeat St. Thomas 4-2 on Thursday afternoon at Hoglund Ballpark. The Jayhawks remain undefeated in home openers under head coach Dan Fitzgerald with a record of 4-0.

Kansas Opens Home Slate This Weekend with Series Against Utah State

LAWRENCE, Kan. – Kansas Softball's home opener is finally here as the Jayhawks return to Arrocha Ballpark this weekend to host Utah State in a three-game series. Kansas will play a doubleheader on Friday with first pitches scheduled for 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., before closing the weekend Saturday at 2 p.m.

Jayhawks Cruise to 9-1 Run-Rule Win Over Wichita State

WICHITA, Kan. – Kansas dominated Wichita State on Thursday night, scoring early and often to secure a 9-1 run-rule victory. Ella Boyer and Hailey Cripe each hit home runs in the first inning, and timely hitting from Kadence Stafford, Presley Limbaugh, and Campbell Bagshaw helped Kansas extend the lead and close out the game in five innings.

Five Kansas Athletes Qualify for NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships

LAWRENCE, Kan. - Kansas track and field had five athletes qualify for the 2026 NCAA Indoor Championships, the NCAA announced Wednesday. The 2026 NCAA Indoor Championships will take place March 13-14 at the Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, Ark.
