After dealing with inclement weather during the first tournament of the season, the Jayhawks were greeted with sunny skies as they competed in the first two rounds of the Sunflower Invitational at Colbert Hills Golf Course in Manhattan, Kansas.
Kansas concluded the Kansas Invitational with a three-set defeat to Syracuse in the Horejsi Family Volleyball Arena. KU finished the tournament 1-2 with a win in its home opener against Morehead State Thursday, Sept. 12.
