LAWRENCE, Kan. – Kansas women's basketball added a second five-star prospect to its 2025-26 recruiting class as Keeley Parks signed with Kansas at the end of the early signing period, KU coach
Brandon Schneider announced.
A 5-11 guard from Norman, Oklahoma, Parks is rated a five-star prospect by both 247Sports and ESPNW, with national rankings of No. 21 (247) and No. 29 (ESPNW). Last week, Parks was one of 50 prep seniors named to the Naismith Trophy Girls High School Player of the Year Watch List.
"Keeley is one of the best combo guards in the nation," Schneider said. "She is an elite three-point shooter who uses her range to set up the rest of her game. Keeley can finish at the basket, she has a pull-up game, and she can get to the free throw line. We love her activity and mentality on the defensive end. She is a disruptor who is always in attack mode and her competitive fire will enhance our culture that we take so much pride in. Keeley Parks completes what we feel is one of the top recruiting classes in the history of Kansas Women's Basketball."
Last season, Parks was named the Gatorade Oklahoma Girls Basketball Player of the Year after averaging 26.3 points, 8.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 5.6 steals per game. She was named
The Oklahoman's Super 5 Player of the Year and Big All-City First Team in 2024. Parks scored a school-record 51 points in an overtime game during the regular season and led Norman HS to within one win of qualifying for the Class 6A State Tournament. For her efforts, Parks was honored as the Central Oklahoma Athletic Conference MVP.
As a sophomore, Parks averaged better than 25 points, 7.8 rebounds and 4.8 steals per game, helping the Tigers to the Class 6A State Championship game. Following her sophomore season, she was one of 34 athletes from the 2024-26 classes selected to participate in the USA Basketball Women's Junior National Team minicamp.
Parks is the fourth player to sign with KU for the 2025-26 season, joining guard Libby Fandel and forward Tatyonna Brown, who signed with the Jayhawks last week, and five-star forward Jaliya Davis, who signed on Wednesday.
Kansas' class ranks as the highest-rated in Schneider's tenure and is likely to garner a final national ranking in the top 10 nationally.
