LAWRENCE, Kan. – Eleven Jayhawks have been named to the East-West Shrine Bowl 1000 Watch List, which was announced by the event on Tuesday.
Â
Jayhawks earning a spot on the Watch List include running back Devin Neal, quarterback Jalon Daniels, defensive backs Cobee Bryant and Mello Dotson, wide receivers Lawrence Arnold and Luke Grimm, and offensive linemen Logan Brown, Bryce Cabeldue, Michael Ford Jr., Bryce Foster and Darrell Simmons Jr.
Â
The East-West Shrine Bowl is a best-in-class all-star event that will take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on January 30, 2025. Players will be coached by NFL coaches, in an NFL facility, and will have access to NFL-level resources, facilities, player-friendly schedules, and opportunities at the highest level.
Â
Every year, approximately 1000 all-star game eligible players are drafted, signed after the draft, or attend a rookie mini camp. The Shrine Bowl aims for the 1000 Watch List to serve as a look into its scouting process, as well as begin to preview college players who are currently all-star game eligible for the 2025 East-West Shrine Bowl and 2025 NFL Draft class.
Â
Last season, three Jayhawks competed in the East-West Shrine Bowl, with safety Kenny Logan Jr. playing for the East Team while quarterback Jason Bean and tight end Mason Fairchild played for the West Team.
Â

Fans can purchase the 2024 Kansas Football 4-game season ticket package that includes all home games at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. Â
