Kansas Represented by Eight Individuals on CSC Academic All-District Team

LAWRENCE, Kan. -- Kansas Football was represented by eight individuals on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, including Jalon Daniels, Justice Finkley, Leroy Harris III, Leyton Cure, Bryce Foster, Laith Marjan, Emmanuel Henderson Jr., and Boden Groen.

The Academic All-District Teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Academic All District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, with first, second and third team honorees announced on Jan. 27, 2026.

Kansas has been represented by five academic All-Americans over the last four seasons, including Jared Casey (2025), Daniels (2022), Earl Bostick Jr. (2022) and Sam Burt (2022) being named Academic All-America.

Daniels has earned Academic All-District honors in each of the last four seasons, while it is the second honor for Cure and Foster and first for Harris, Marjan, Henderson and Groen.

To qualify for the Academic All-District teams, student-athletes must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50, be at least a sophomore athletically and academically and participate in at least 90 percent of all contests.
