The final week of the 2025-26 NBA regular season is upon us with teams jockeying for playoff position. Here is a quick look into how the Jayhawks are faring as the season comes to a close.
There are 10 Jayhawks currently on NBA rosters, including Ochai Agbaji (Brooklyn Nets), Christian Braun (Denver Nuggets), Gradey Dick (Toronto Raptors), Joel Embiid (Philadelphia 76ers), Johnny Furphy (Indiana Pacers), Kevin McCullar Jr. (New York Knicks), Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk (Utah Jazz), Kelly Oubre Jr. (Philadelphia 76ers), Andrew Wiggins (Miami Heat) and Jalen Wilson (Brooklyn Nets).
Ochai Agbaji – Brooklyn Nets
In his fourth season in the league, Agbaji was traded from the Toronto Raptors to the Brooklyn Nets in February and joined fellow 2022 NCAA National Champion Jalen Wilson.
In 61 games played this season, Agbaji is averaging 5.0 points and 2.2 rebounds.
He started 13 games for Toronto before being traded to Brooklyn. Agbaji has played 19 games for Brooklyn and is averaging 6.4 points and is shooting 34.9 percent from three-point range. He has scored a season-high 18 point twice since being at Brooklyn – on March 9 versus Memphis and on March 29 against Sacramento.

Christian Braun – Denver Nuggets
After signing a five-year contract extension with Denver before the season, Braun was sidelined for much of the first part of the year due to injury. He returned to the lineup in early February and has played and started 42 games in 2025-26.
The 2022 NCAA Champion and 2023 NBA Champion is averaging 12.0 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.8 assists in 31.7 minutes per game.
The Nuggets have clinched a playoff spot and are currently the fourth seed in the Western Conference heading into the final week of the regular season.

Gradey Dick – Toronto Raptors
Dick has turned into a key rotational piece for Toronto off the bench this season playing in 72 games with one start. The third-year NBA guard is averaging 6.1 points and 2.0 rebounds in 14.5 minutes per game.
On January 14, Dick had his first career double-double. He finished with 21 points, 11 rebounds and three assists in 30 minutes against Indiana.
The Raptors are still vying for a playoff spot and are currently in seventh place in the Eastern Conference heading into the final week of the regular season.

Joel Embiid – Philadelphia 76ers
Embiid has battled injuries during the season and returned to the lineup in late March for the Philadelphia 76ers. In 37 games played, all starts, the seven-time NBA all-pro and 2023 NBA MVP is averaging 26.7 points, 7.6 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game. Embiid has scored 25 or more points in seven of his last eight games played and has 30-plus points in 11 games this season.
The 76ers are vying for a playoff berth and currently sit in sixth place in the Eastern Conference heading into the final week of the regular season.

Johnny Furphy – Indiana Pacers
Furphy played in just 35 games in 2025-26 as in early February his season ended with a torn ACL in his right knee. In just his second season, Furphy started 21 games for Indiana and averaged 18.4 minutes, 5.1 points and 4.4 rebounds per contest. He shot 32.4 percent from three-point range this season.
Furphy posted his first career double-double in the NBA on January 14 with 10 points and 10 rebounds against Toronto. Furphy and Dick were playing against each other when they each got their first career double-doubles.

Kevin McCullar Jr. – New York Knicks
In his second season with the New York Knicks, McCullar Jr. has played in 20 games off the bench. McCullar's best game of the season came on December 27 when he scored 13 points, had eight rebounds, two assists and two steals in 23 minutes against Atlanta.
McCullar has also played in 10 games for the Westchester Knicks of the NBA G League in 2025-26.
The Knicks have clinched a playoff berth and are currently the third seed in the Eastern Conference heading into the final week of the season.

Svi Mykhailiuk – Utah Jazz
An eight-year NBA veteran, Mykhailiuk has started 41 of 50 games played for the Jazz this season. He is averaging 9.4 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game in 23.1 minutes. Mykhailiuk has scored 20 or more points in three games this season, including a career-high 28 points on November 5 at Detroit.

Kelly Oubre Jr. – Philadelphia 76ers
Kelly Oubre Jr. is in his 11
th season in the NBA and his third season with the Philadelphia 76ers. In 2025-26, Oubre has started 37 of 46 games played and averages 14.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 31.8 minutes per game.

Andrew Wiggins – Miami Heat
The longest active tenured Jayhawk in the NBA, Wiggins is playing his first full season in Miami. In his 12
th season in the NBA, Wiggins has started all 64 games played for the Heat and is averaging 15.6 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 30.6 minutes per game. The No. 1 overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft has scored in double figures in 59 of his 64 appearances this season with 12 games of 20 ore more points. Included was a season-high 31 points against Detroit on Nov. 29.

Jalen Wilson – Brooklyn Nets
Playing in his third season in Brooklyn, Wilson has served in a role off the bench this season having played in 50 games with two starts. The 2022 NCAA National Champion has averaged 6.1 points and 14.8 minutes per contest. In his last outing, Wilson scored a season-high 19 points in Brooklyn's win against Washington on April 5.
