The Dillions Sunflower Showdown will take place on Apr. 11 at 8:45 a.m. CT at Wyandotte County Lake Park in Kansas City.

Location: Beach Shelter House Access Road, Shelter 6 Kansas City, KS 66109

Competitors: University of Kansas vs. Kansas State University and Creighton University

Giveaway: The first 30 students will receive a Kansas Swag Bag.

9:00 a.m. CT: III Eight Race

9:15 a.m. CT: II Four Race

9:30 a.m. CT: I Four Race

9:45 a.m. CT: II Eight Race

10:00 a.m. CT: I Eight Race

10:35 a.m. CT: Sunflower Showdown Trophy Presentation Ceremony

10:45 a.m. CT: Senior Day Ceremony

VENDORS

Coffee and snacks will be available for purchase onsite via a local coffee truck.

WEATHER

Rain is currently in the forecast for Apr. 11. Fans are encouraged to bring umbrellas and dress accordingly. Covered spectator areas will be available for viewing.

SEATING

Picnic tables are available around the park, but seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

PETS

Dogs are welcome at Wyandotte County Park and Lake, but they must be kept on a leash at all times while in the park, particularly on trails.

PARKING

Parking will be available for spectators by the docks for $5 (cash only).
