Competed in three races for the Jayhawks… Set a new personal-best 6K time in a 54th-place finish at the Midwest Regional Championships (Nov. 13), crossing the finish line in 21:28.92… Ran at the Big 12 Championships (Oct. 30), earning a 57th-place finish with a 6K time of 22:07.22.
SOPHOMORE (2009)
Was among the Jayhawks[apos] top four finishers in five of the six meets in which she competed… Finished second at the Bob Timmons Classic (Sept. 5) with a 5K time of 18:45.37… Helped her team to a runner-up finish at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree (Oct. 3), where she placed 14th and posted a career-best 5K time of 17:48.60… Took 37th at the Big 12 Championships after completing the 6K course in 22:53.19… Was the Jayhawks No. 2 finisher at the Midwest Regional Championships (Nov. 14) after clocking in with a career-best 6K time of 21:55.50 to take 42nd place overall.
