Started his Senior Indoor season at the KU/KSU/WSU Triangular where he took 2nd in the Mile run with a time of 4:02.06, and also took 5th in the 800m with a time of 2:04.33 … Won the Mile run at the Rick McGuire Invitational running a PR time of 3:59.83 … Competed in the 1500m & Mile at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational … Ran a PR time in the 3000m with a time of 8:38.94, also took 14th in the Mile at the Big 12 Indoor Championships.
2024 CROSS COUNTRY (Sr.)
Competed five times for the Jayhawks ... Began the season with a third place finish at the Bob Timmons Classic while setting a new personal best 6K of 18:39.7 ... Finished 65th in 24:18.8 at the Gans Creek Classic ... Placed 114th with a time of 25:31.8 at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals ... Set a new personal best 8K time of 23:59.8 while finishing 50th at the Big 12 Championships ... Broke his 10K personal best at the NCAA XC Midwest Regional Championships, finishing in 31:48.9 and 127th place.
