The Big 12 Conference announced the 2026 Winter Academic All-Big 12 Teams on Thursday. A total of 691 student-athletes across the conference were recognized, including 36 Jayhawks receiving the honor.
LAWRENCE, Kan. - Junior diver Shiyun Lai was selected for the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America Third team the organization announced on Tuesday. This marks the first time a Jayhawk has been recognized for the honor since the 2023 season and the overall tenth student-athlete in the history of KU's swim and dive program to earn the title.
