For the fourth consecutive season, Kansas swimming and diving will be hosting the best long-distance swimmers from around the country on Saturday (Sept. 14) at Lone Star Lake for the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) National Open Water Championships.
Kansas swimming and diving announced the date and time of its second annual alumni meet, which is set for Oct. 25 at 4 p.m. in Robinson Natatorium. KU alums will return to compete against the team’s current swimmers and divers.
The 2019 Phillips 66 National Championships came to a close on Sunday, August 4, at the Stanford Avery Aquatic Center. Kate Steward, Jenny Nusbaum and Haley Downey represented Kansas after having each participated over the five-day event.
Seven Kansas swimming and diving Jayhawks found their names on the 2019 College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America Honorable Mention team, the organization announced last week.
