Kansas has won both meetings with Brown in men's basketball with both wins in Allen Fieldhouse - Jan. 3, 1989 (115-45) and Jan. 2, 1997 (107-49). The 1989 contest is the widest margin of victory for Kansas against any opponent.

Zeke Mayo earned co-Newcomer of the Week honors. Against NC State, Dickinson recorded his fifth double-double of the season with 21 points, 14 rebounds, 8 assists and no turnovers. Mayo scored a season-high 26 points against NC State on 9-of-14 (64.3 percent) shooting and connected on five three-pointers.
The contest against Brown marks the final non-conference game for Kansas this season before opening conference play against West Virginia on Dec. 31.
