Â
Elle Evans led the Jayhawks in scoring for the second-straight game as she put up 22 points on 9-of-15 shooting vs. Arizona State. Nichols hit all four of her free throw attempts to maintain her national lead in both free throws made (146) and attempted (176). Jada Williams and Breya Cunningham both lead the team in scoring, averaging 12.2 points per game.
Â
Sunday's matchup will be the eighth all-time meeting between Kansas and Arizona in women's basketball and the third in Lawrence. KU leads the all-time series 4-3 with wins in the last two meetings, including a 77-50 win at then-No. 12 Arizona on Dec. 8, 2022.
