LAWRENCE, Kan. – The Kansas Jayhawks will appear on national television four times during Big 12 Conference play in the upcoming 2025-26 season, highlighted by its home matchup against Kansas State in the Dillons Sunflower Showdown. The Big 12 announced the television selections Monday.

Kansas will play three of its televised games on the road, beginning with the conference opener at Iowa State on Sunday, Dec. 21. That game will tipoff at noon and be broadcast on ESPN2. The Jayhawks have back-to-back TV games in late January, with the home matchup against Kansas State on Sunday, Jan. 25 airing on FS1 before going to TCU on Thursday, Jan. 29, for a game on ESPN. KU's final game of the regular season will be played at Oklahoma State on Saturday, Feb. 28, and televised on FS1.

A total of 20 games were selected to be televised by the ESPN family of networks, FOX or FS1, with 18 of those being conference games. Each of KU's other 14 conference games will be broadcast on ESPN+ as a part of existing third-tier rights agreements.

Kansas begins the 2025-26 season with an exhibition contest against Fort Hays State on Oct. 29 before hosting Kansas City on Nov. 5 in the first of seven non-conference home games.
