
Kansas Adds Two Golfers to 2026 Class

LAWRENCE, Kan. – Head coach Jamie Bermel and the Kansas men's golf program announced the additions of Jack Swift and Brady Rapp to the team's 2026 signing class on Wednesday.
Jack Swift
From Kent, England, Swift has recorded one win and five top 10 finishes in 2025. Swift picked up a win at the 2025 Bernard Darwin Salver Tournament in England. He competed for England at the 2024 Boys and Girls Toyota Junior Golf World Cup where he recorded a top 10 finish. Swift also finished third at the Fairhaven Trophy and the Peter McEvoy Trophy and fifth at the German Boys Open. Swift ranks 740th in the World Amateur Rankings.
Brady Rapp
The Leawood, Kansas native, Rapp has two wins and five top 10 finishes since 2024. He was the champion of the 2024 UHY St. Louis Junior Championship and the 2024 AJGA Wichita Junior Championship. Rapp picked up a second-place finish at the 2024 AJGA NW Arkansas Junior Championship. He also recorded top five finishes at the 2025 Missouri Amateur Championship, where he placed fifth, and the 2025 Kansas City Amateur Championship, where he finished third. Rapp is currently ranked 586 in the American Junior Golf Association rankings.
"We're excited to sign and welcome two really good golfers today. Both are very accomplished players, and excited to be Jayhawks." Coach Bermel said of his additions, "Jack is an international golfer from England and has really played well since he committed last year. Brady is a Kansan and one of the top players in the Midwest. I believe both of these athletes have their best golf in front of them, and we are excited they will be Jayhawks."
